Ciné-Med has reserved a limited block of rooms at Charleston Place at $225 per night plus applicable taxes at the time of the event. Please be sure to book your room prior to the August 11, 2010 cutoff date.

Please Note:
- The cut-off date for accepting reservations into this room block is August 11, 2010. Reservations requests received after this date will be accepted on a space available basis.
- When reservations are made, a two-night deposit will be required to confirm the reservation. An individual's deposit is refundable to that individual if the Plantation receives notice of an individual's cancellation at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival.

Transportation
Charleston Place is just a short 12 mile / 15 minute drive from the Charleston International Airport (CHS). Charleston Place does not have a shuttle but they can arrange for transfers to and from the airport via a black cab, which is $30.00 per person one way.
For the meeting, a discounted rate with a local transportation company has also been arranged, Image Limo, has agreed to provide transportation for $20.00 per person one way.
