Requirements for Successful Completion

To receive CE credit, participants must sign-in, attend all or a portion of the activity (at least 80%), and complete and submit the activity evaluation provided in the syllabus materials. Partial credit may be awarded for the portion of the activity attended. Certificates/statements of credit will be mailed within 4-6 weeks after the activity.

Other healthcare professionals participating in this activity will receive completion certificates verifying that the activity was designated for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)^TM.
